TON is seeking a UK sales manager to join its team in London.

We are a Czech furniture company that works with more than 150 years old world-unique technology of wood bending and combines it with modern manufacturing processes and innovative design. We export to 60 countries worldwide.
The role
We have a recent opening for the role of a sales representative working independently in UK and cooperating remotely with the headquarters in the Czech Republic. We are looking for an outgoing, organised, and motivated individual who will actively seek new sales opportunities and build wide awareness of our great brand.
Key responsibilities:
- contact architects and interior designers, building good knowledge of TON brand throughout UK
- source new clients and develop new business opportunities within UK
- manage new clients to grow, up-sell and renew accounts
- build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationship
- educate clients to understand the features and benefits of our products and services
- create quotes based on client requirements
- market research with focus on recommendations for TON brand development in UK
- consistently achieve monthly targets
Qualities and experience:
- a design enthusiast
- passion for selling and motivated by achieving results
- strong listening, negotiating and influencing skills with clients at all levels
- ability to prioritise, work under pressure and to meet deadlines
- excellent verbal and written communication skills
- ability to work independently and with the remote team too
- strong numeracy and IT skills with the ability to use CRM systems
- must be positive individual with common sense
- sense of humour welcome
