Producer – creative services
at DBOX
DBOX is seeking a producer for creative services to join its team in London.
DBOX is a global creative studio working at the intersection of architecture, storytelling and culture. For over three decades, we’ve partnered with the world’s leading developers, architects and brands to craft narratives that shape how landmark projects are understood, desired and sold. Our London studio is collaborative, fast-moving and genuinely proud of our work.
We’re looking for a creative producer to join us, someone who loves the craft of making complex things run beautifully.
What you’ll be doing
You’ll be creatively fluent, connecting the dots between our clients, our creative teams and the commercial health of our projects. That means owning the plan, managing the client relationship day-to-day, keeping a sharp eye on budget and resources and making sure the work lands on time and to the standard DBOX is known for.
You’ll set up and run project governance across multiple workstreams, lead client calls and review sessions, and bring calm and clarity when things get busy — which they will.
What we’re looking for:
- you have five-plus years’ experience in a production or project management role at a creative studio, architecture firm or agency
- you’ve managed high-volume programmes, not just individual campaigns
- you’re genuinely energised by client relationships, not just tolerating them between production tasks
- you know what good content looks like and can say why
- you’re operationally rigorous without being bureaucratic
- you’ve worked with large, structured organisations and know how to navigate multiple stakeholders and approval processes
- you’re a natural communicator in meetings and build relationships with clients across different time zones
What we offer:
- salary from £55,000, depending on experience
- four days in-office, one day remote, based from our London studio
- the chance to work on some of the world’s most prestigious architectural and development projects
- a creative, supportive and ambitious team
- start date: ASAP
This role is London-based. We’re only accepting applications from candidates based in the UK.
