J&Z Construction is hiring a construction project manager to join its team in London.
London based construction company is looking for a highly organised individual, ideally with an architectural/construction background who wants to focus his career in Construction Project Management.
The role would cover:
- project planning and delivery
- budget and cost control
- stakeholder and client management
- contractor and subcontractor coordination
- health and safety compliance
- risk management
- scheduling and reporting
- relevant qualifications and experience
Requirements:
- proven experience in project management within the construction industry
- strong knowledge of construction processes, contracts, and project delivery
- experience managing project budgets, programmes and resources
- ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders, including clients, contractors, consultants and suppliers
- sound understanding of health and safety regulations and industry best practices
- excellent organisational, communication and problem-solving skills
- proficiency in Microsoft Office
Desirable:
- professional qualification in project management, construction management or a related discipline
- experience delivering residential projects
- Polish language skills would be an advantage but are not essential
- remuneration: subject to experience
