Nick Leith-Smith Architecture + Design is looking for a middle-weight designer to join its London studio.
Nick Leith-Smith Architecture + Design is a highly creative and professional studio. Our award-winning international projects cover an exciting array of high profile work in retail, hospitality and residential. The hospitality role will include work ranging from; standalone restaurants, members clubs, hotels, world class arenas and sports stadia. We have a strong multi-disciplinary team which deliver additional to interior design; architecture, strategy, branding, menu development, operations and financial modelling services.
The successful candidate should have:
- minimum of five years’ experience in a respected design firm
- previous experience in hospitality interior design sector is essential
- ability to produce and develop concept designs and be proficient in delivery of 3D and rendered visuals
- strong drafting skills, utilising Vectorworks to produce fully detailed interior design intent packages
- knowledge of technical design for interior architectural elements, joinery as well as FF&E design experience
- essential programmes; Vectorworks 2D and 3D, Adobe Suite, Photoshop
- the ideal candidate should be friendly and collaborative, with the ability to work efficiently and to tight deadlines under their own initiative
- able to work within a small team and have a track record of working closely with clients, contractors and suppliers
