We are looking for
A self-motivated Part 3 architect to join our design-led team in Southwark with proven design skills, good communication and presentation skills with an attention to detail with at least two years’ post qualification experience in the UK.
You should have:
- an excellent technical ability together with a knowledge and full understanding of both planning and building regulations
- ability to coordinate and manage projects
- proven experience of working on small to medium scale residential, commercial and mixed use projects
- ability to deliver at all RIBA stages 0-7
- good knowledge of NBS specifications
- AutoCAD, SketchUp and InDesign skills
