Studio Fuksas is looking for experienced architectural Revit technicians to join its team in Rome, Italy.
We are seeking experienced architectural Revit technicians to join our teams and work on a number of projects through the schematic design and detailed design. Successful candidates will have a proven technical design and detailing ability and a sound knowledge of statutory regulations, contractual procurement and delivery requirements.
We are looking for talented individuals to contribute their technical expertise and to work effectively with our project design teams. It is essential that you possess excellent communication skills with fluent verbal and written English.
The candidates must be able to demonstrate proven Revit proficiency. We are actively involved in Revit user groups.
Duties:
- coordinate with sub-consultant models
- make sure the LOD are as per the contract request.
- coordinate, training and support junior staff
- project delivery
- professional knowledge of BIM best practices
Experience required:
- professional degree in architecture
- minimum of three years of experience as an architect/designer on built and published references
- legal permits and visa required to work in Italy
- experience in filing construction documents and construction administration
- experience in leading international architecture office
Skills required:
- fluent in English, spoken and written
- strong conceptual and design skills
- technical detailing and construction administration skills
- knowledge of construction method
- ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines and budget your time
- ability to take initiative in response to direction or instruction
- a flexible and open attitude towards new ways of working
- great interpersonal communication skills
Software required:
- Revit– high level
- Dynamo- high level
- AutoCAD -high level
- Adobe Suite – is a plus
- Rhino – is a plus
