Marketing coordinator
at HKS
HKS is seeking a marketing coordinator to join its marketing and communications team in London.
The ideal candidate will be a dynamic, self-motivated, and collaborative person with experience, preferably in the design industry. Proficiency in Adobe CC with InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator is key. The marketing coordinator will report to the associate marketing manager.
Job description:
- prepare proposal and interview submissions including writing and editing text and design layout with inclusion of graphics, resumes, project schedules, etc. to ensure content is comprehensive, competitive and client-specific, as well as in accordance with the HKS brand standards
- manage and prepare qualifications packages, PowerPoint presentations, etc. working within company brand standards for business development
- create, maintain and update and organise marketing resource materials and collateral working with the marketing resource manager including boiler plate proposal and interview content, project sheets, CVs, brochures, etc.
- enter and manage leads, opportunities and pursuit information into CRM system
- maintain files in standard formats and filing structure
- update and maintain information within our project information database system
Tasks may also include:
- assistance coordinating internal office events
- supporting other offices or discipline-specific initiatives, as required
Personal specification:
- excellent verbal and written communication skills and a strong team ethic
- strong organisation, multi-tasking and time management skills
- ability to interact professionally with studio leadership
- positive, service-driven attitude with a commitment to going above and beyond to help customers and team members
- graphical production skills are necessary, and candidates require a demonstrated ability to effectively use database applications, Microsoft Office and the Adobe Creative Suite
There will be changes specific to the postholder’s roles and responsibilities from time to time, depending on the needs of the studio, the team and the growth of the role.
