Sheppard Robson has a vacancy for a graphic designer to join its firm in London, UK.

Sheppard Robson is one of the UK’s most established architectural practices, with a reputation for thoughtful and responsible designs.

The practice’s Camden-based studio is looking for a graphic designer to join its marketing and communications team. Reporting to the marketing and communications director, this role will be pivotal in shaping and ensuring the quality of graphics across the practice, covering print and digital communication.

Whilst most of the role will be graphics-based, there will be opportunities for the successful candidate to be involved in wider communication projects, such as commissioning photoshoots and working across our social media channels.

The role is well suited for an enthusiastic candidate who has two-five years of experience and is looking to progress their career in graphics.

Key tasks include:

  • helping ensure a high quality of graphic design across the practice
  • implementing current brand guidelines as well devising new creative ideas for how the practice can communicate its expertise
  • designing and updating brochures, presentations, award submissions and presentation board

Requirements:

  • passionate about graphics,  communications and the built environment, with creative flair and an eye for detail
  • experienced in using InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator with a portfolio of work that can be talked through at interview
  • highly organised with an ability to manage challenging workloads and deadlines
  • clear and confident communication skills at all levels of hierarchy across the practice
  • ability to working effectively within a team, supporting Sheppard Robson’s collaborative culture and ways of working
