Working from our inspiring, converted mill workspace, you will collaborate with a passionate group of “Coalitionists” and travel nationwide to deliver extraordinary environments for our blue-chip clients. Supported by our dedicated project managers, you will be the creative driving force behind our commercial spaces:

• lead with vision: spearhead the development of innovative design solutions, translating client briefs into breathtaking realities
• inspire the team: mentor and coordinate fellow designers, fostering a collaborative culture of continuous learning and research
• present with confidence: leverage your exceptional visual and verbal communication skills to pitch ideas and engage stakeholders
• master the details: apply your extensive knowledge of hospitality design, bespoke detailing, materials and premium products
• own the process: utilize your exceptional time management and self-motivation to keep fast-paced projects on schedule
• ensure excellence: navigate construction Health and Safety standards to guarantee a secure, top-quality build environment

What you bring

To thrive in our fast-paced studio, you will need a blend of artistic vision and practical expertise:

• educational foundation: a degree (or equivalent qualification) in interior design
• proven track record: demonstrable experience successfully delivering commercial leisure and hospitality projects
• technical proficiency: strong working knowledge of AutoCAD, Photoshop and InDesign, paired with familiarity with UK building regulations
• FF&E expertise: hands-on experience managing FF&E procurement and project programming
• mobility: a valid UK Driving License to facilitate nationwide site visits and client meetings
• bonus qualifications: holding a valid CSCS card is highly desirable and will set your application apart
