CAL is looking for all level of architects to join its office in New York, USA.
Our office is active in the broad field of architecture. Our project portfolio covers many aspect of architecture, ranging from small to large scale projects, research and experiment. The atmosphere within our office is international, multidisciplinary, design-oriented and ambitious, but also open, non-hierarchical, team-based and friendly, with attention to personal well-being, knowledge development, and career planning.
We are currently looking for all levels of architects for a geometrically complex large scale office project to join our office in New York. The ideal candidates should have strong design sensibilities, excellent technical skills, a flexible mentality.
Requirements:
- proactive and self-motivated, with a continuous desire to learn
- excellent aesthetic sensibilities and design skills
- ability to resolve architectural solutions through innovative thinking
- responsible, accountable, and able to foresee risks and solve conflicts in projects and work with others in tight deadline
- resilient to cope with conflicting demands, able to prioritize duties and work effectively under pressure while remaining calm and professional at all times
- excellent 3D + 2D software (Rhinoceros, Revit, AutoCAD, Adobe Suite, etc.); advance knowledge in grasshopper or dynamo is a plus
- extensive experience with built international and/or large-scale projects for senior or project architect applicant
- extensive coordination experience with clients, contractors, and consultants for senior or project architect applicant
- business fluent English a must
- can legally work in the US
