Architectural Design Limited is looking for a Part 1/2 architectural assistant to join its team in Windermere, UK.
Architectural Design Limited has a vacancy for an experienced Part 1 or recently qualified Part 2 architectural assistant. The position offers the opportunity to be involved with all stages of projects.
We are an active, friendly, award-winning practice based at Windermere in the heart of the Lake District National Park.
We undertake a broad range of commissions from small private house extensions to large commercial projects. Our extensive client list includes hotels, restaurants, public houses, shops, schools, nursing homes, housing associations, house builders and many private individuals.
Skills and experience required:
- excellent design and technical skills
- RIBA Part 1/Part 2 architecture degree
- proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit
- good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- fluency in English – spoken and written – and excellent communication skills
- ability to meet deadlines, work under pressure and manage workload
- eligibility to work in UK
