Tom Dixon is looking for a sales manager to join its team in London.
The UK and Irish markets are critical to our European growth ambitions and as such we are looking for an accomplished sales manager to join the EMEA team, in order to sustain and support our growth ambitions. The sales manager will be based in London and will be reporting directly into the general manager for northern and central Europe.

The company has a well-established global customer base which has achieved double-digit growth over recent years and is set to continue this trend over the next five years.

About the role
As part of our ongoing ambition to build the global Tom Dixon brand experience and deliver growth in sales with our key partners, we’re looking for a sales manager for UK and Ireland.
You’ll be working alongside the top Salespeople in the industry and helping to build client relationships and exceed sales targets.
More specifically, you will:
- strategically drive and proactively manage the growth of our business in the UK and Ireland
- develop and maintain relationships with our retailer network
- co-develop and execute medium and long-term sales plans for the region
- carefully manage our contract and retail activities through strategic collaboration with our key customers and the wider Tom Dixon team
- identify, target and approach new customers and authorised stockists as part of your sales growth plan
- develop and deliver product training sessions for customers, dealers and agents as required
- be available for international travel involving multiple overnight stays to work at company international events and tradeshows
About you:
- you are open-minded and enjoy sharing your experience and knowledge with your customers and the greater business
- you thrive while working independently or as part of a team
- you are structured, organised and above all logical
- delivering sales growth motivates you and you like to understand and relay the numbers
- you are passionate about retail and wholesale sales
- you are a great storyteller and identify with the brand
Your qualifications:
- fluent (written and spoken) English is mandatory
- proven sales experience within the industry
- a degree in interior design, architecture or business would be a preference but all applicants with the required experience will be considered
- confident in delivering presentations and holding meetings with senior buyers and company principles
- have a full UK/EU driver’s license
