LEOS is looking for a Part 1 architectural assistant to join its London team.

We are highly collaborative, working with councils and communities to enable us to deliver our shared vision and unlock social, economic and commercial value for all of our stakeholders.
We are looking for a talented and ambitious Part 1 architectural assistant to join our growing London team. You will work on several different residential projects from planning to construction stage under the guidance of the project lead. The projects are in various scales which from house to residential tower. It is great opportunities for you to gain design coordination, project management and construction experience. You will need to go on site very often and coordinate consultants and contractors. We need someone could be multitasking and working efficiently.
Qualification and skills:
- you will have completed your Part 1 or hold an equivalent certification
- you have experience across residential projects, preferably in the UK would be considered in advance
- you must be skilled in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) and 3D modelling (SketchUp)
- experience in Revit production and coordination would be considered in advance
- it would be great if you also have on-site experience and experience on construction detail drawings
- highly creative and multitasking
- excellent communication skill – both verbally and written
The salary could be negotiated based on the candidate’s experience. The candidate will work either in office or work remotely subject to the government guidance on Covid-19 update.
