LEOS have been rapidly expanding in the UK property market with the full capacity of development business scope, including property funding, property development, acquisition, architecture & planning, project management, property valuation and development product delivery.
The role
A project coordinator/design manager is urgently required in our London office to assist our current residential development schemes. The applicant for this job role should have at least three years’ post qualification experience in the UK. The applicant should be able to provide a track record of medium to large size residential projects experience in the UK. Candidate with extensive experience in planning will be considered in advance.
Job description:
- assist development team on planning submissions
- support development team in acquisition stage with design and planning strategies
- execute project programme, report delays and potential issues
- coordination with site manager, contractor, stakeholders and design team
- host site meetings
- maintain good records
- maintain clear communication
- conduct site inspections (review setting out, specification and quality)
- coordinate building control drawing information and communication with building control generally
- coordinate sub-contractor design packages
- ensure planning conditions are discharged working with the design team
- coordinate site surveys and site setting out
- coordinate with design team; assist in design and production information as necessary
The candidate should be able to use Revit fluently and be ARB/RIBA qualified.
We are based in our own office asset and headquarter in Weybridge, Surrey. There are a large number of car parking spaces on-site which is convenient for our employees to drive to work. Alternatively, train line from Waterloo to Weybridge is about 25mins which is very commutable from central London.
The salary could be negotiated based on the candidate’s experience.
