Architectural assistant intern
at EMR Architecture
EMR Architecture is seeking an architectural assistant intern to join its office in London.
The role will be from August for ideally a year, or until Christmas minimum.
We are a London-based practice of young, vibrant, architects, designers and project managers committed to excellence, innovation, attention to detail and challenging thinking. EMR Architecture is an award-winning RIBA chartered practice, based in Fulham, specialised on all types of residential projects.
We go through each step of the renovation process including: planning applications, construction drawings, spatial design and interior design. London houses are all very similar, so we work hard on making sure that each of our client feels his house is special with a unique style.
We are seeking an enthusiastic, motivated architectural assistant intern to join our creative studio,
Key responsibilities:
- assisting project architects with AutoCAD drawings
- able to make 3D renders is key (ArchiCAD, SketchUp with V-Ray, Rhino or equivalent)
- assisting with the studio’s marketing
- compiling presentations for client and site meetings
- conveying designs through the use of graphic and hand sketches
- working closely with other studio members
