Part 2 architectural assistant

XUL Architecture has an opening for a Part 2 architectural assistant to join its practice in London.
We are looking for a talented and driven Part 2 architectural assistant with a couple of years UK experience, ideally in the high-end residential sector.
Located in north London, XUL Architecture is a RIBA chartered practice with 10 years of experience who specialises in high-quality design of residential and commercial projects. We are lucky to have a team of eight great, professional and wonderful people.
We are located in the beautiful Belsize Village, in a shop close to transport and local amenities. We encourage a healthy work-life balance and organise regular social events. There are great opportunities to grow within the business.
What we are looking for:
- a creative designer
- experience in high-end residential – single-family houses and small developments, and commercial projects
- ability to work well under pressure
- strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- experience in construction drawings packages
- strong AutoCAD and SketchUp skills essential – we use PC
- Revit advantageous
- strong graphics – InDesign and Photoshop
A people person:
- great communications skills and fluent spoken and written English
- confident to deal with their team, as well as our lovely private and commercial clients, consultants, partners and networks

- fun
Salary depending on experience between £25,000 and £32,000.
Available ASAP or ideally to start within a month.
