Humphreys & Sons Architects and Chartered Surveyors is hiring an architect/technician to join its team in East London/Essex, UK.

We are looking to add an architect or architectural technician to our multi-disciplinary team, covering our residential projects in the East London and Essex areas, based out of our office in Hoxton, London EC1V 1AW.

Ideal candidate would have experience working for a small practice, with a broad range of skills and experience, used to acting as point of contact for clients, personally carrying out and leading all stages of residential projects.

We work on residential projects such as extensions and loft conversions, through to small new build housing and flat conversion projects, delivering all stages including survey, planning permission, building regulations, tendering, contract administration and build stage involvement.

Hybrid working.

Full UK driving license is essential.
