Michael Trentham Architects is looking for a Part 3 architect with a minimum of five years’ UK site experience to join its practice in London.

Essential:

• thorough knowledge of UK planning and building regulations
• technical experience and a great eye for detail and construction execution
• be able to work independently as a job runner as well as part of a team
• be able to set and work to tight deadlines and manage workload efficiently
• fluency in English (speaking and writing)
• excellent design, communication and organisational skills
• AutoCAD (lite)
• SketchUp
• Adobe Creative Suite

Advantageous:

• experience working on a Mac platform
• experience in residential design
• willingness to develop new skills
• working Knowledge of BIM
• NBS specification writing

Candidates without the essential requirements or UK practice experience will not be considered. We are looking for someone with long term ambitions to grow with the practice who enjoys being creative, and is able to work independently with the collective goal of design excellence.
