Creativemass is looking for Part 1/2 architectural assistants to join its practice in London.
Creativemass is seeking applications from talented and passionate Part 1/2 architectural assistants to join our award-winning London studio to work on high-end residential properties throughout the city.
The position provides the opportunity to work with a small refined team under the guidance of the directors in creating bespoke spaces and solutions for clients.
The candidate will be involved in preparing, developing and editing drawings, models, images and other documents relating to the design of individual projects.
You will also be working across all RIBA work stages, on planning applications and planning legislation as well as UK building regulations.
To be considered, candidates will be required to have:
- excellent design, technical and organisational skills, with a strong attention to detail
- proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp will be required, with skills in Revit being desirable
- have an understanding of residential projects and standards in the UK
- initiative, team-working experience and self-motivation
- previous experience is preferred
