Retoucher

INK has an opportunity for a retoucher to become part of its team in London.
INK are an award-winning creative studio based in London, specialising in CGI, design, and animation.
We are on the lookout for a talented artist with a background in CGI/architectural visualisation and/or automotive who are looking to expand their portfolios and expand the remit of their retouching ability.
You will have knowledge and experience of 3D packages (you may have been a visualiser/CGI artist) – but your love is in the pixels and your passion is post-production. You will have a creative eye for story-telling, you’re not just a pixel pusher. You will be able to translate visual ideas into the real-world effectively with the technical skills to support and aesthetic flair. You will have ideas, passion and opinion.
Your portfolio will have not only client work, but your own work too. You are driven by your art and you can’t help but create.
What we’re not looking for; ultimately, we’re not looking for freelancers/beauty retouchers/fashion retouchers/designers or photographers.
Essential:
- at least one year of professional experience working in a studio
- advanced Photoshop skills
- a portfolio with your very best work, either visualisation, automotive or brand
- an ability to visually critique your own work
- an idea of what INK are about and a passion for what you do
Desirable:
- knowledge of 3D compositing in Photoshop
- 3D skills
- experience within architectural/automotive visualisation
