Mark Pinney Associates has an opportunity for an experienced Part-II/project architect to join its London team.
Mark Pinney Associates, a leading design practice, is seeking an exceptional, creative and experienced Part-II/post Part-III individual to join their practice. The role will be working within a collaborative team and will provide an opportunity to build a strong career, with exposure and potential for responsibility to manage live projects.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent management skills, be organised and work efficiently, and have experience running projects. In addition, strong design and problem-solving skills are preferable, and the candidate must be confident working directly with clients, consultants and contractors. As such, good technical knowledge is required, as are excellent communication skills and the ability to show initiative. Experience working on high-end retail and hospitality projects is desirable.
AutoCAD and UK based office experience are essential. SketchUp, V-Ray, hand drawing and Photoshop skills are preferable.
