Part 3 architect

Residential Design Solutions is seeking a Part 3 architect to join its team in London.
Residential Design Solutions is a multicultural and young practice based in Kensington, W14.
The practice has an open, fast-paced, friendly, and multicultural environment.
We are currently looking to hiring a talented and creative Part 3 architect who want to be part of our growing business, who can be a great team player with a positive and can-do attitude towards projects and people.
The suitable candidate needs to have a minimum of three to five years of experience around the UK after Part 3 qualification. Experience in the RIBA 4-7 stages is required.
You should be capable on working directly with clients, consultants, planning authorities and contractors, coordinating all the parties, and managing the projects from the beginning to completion, with the capability to deliver the project within the budget.
ARB Registration is mandatory, RIBA is highly desirable.
About you:
- excellent design, detailing and presentation skills
- three to five years’ UK experience in delivering different range of projects, from interior design scale to large scale mixed use
- proficiency with Revit, AutoCAD, Adobe Suite is essential
- willingness to learn and to improve
- strong ability to work as a team player to achieve results
- strong communication, both written and verbal
Your essential skills:
- strong knowledge and experience on working on all RIBA stages (0-7)
- understanding of project programs and deadlines
- strong knowledge of London planning policies
- strong technical expertise and knowledge of current construction methods
- knowledge of NBS and writing specifications
- good understanding of Building Regulations and relevant legislation
- ability to work on multiple projects at the same time with excellent timekeeping skills
- experience with contract administration
- excellent communication and confidence in dealing with clients
- strong capability to work under pressure
- ability to work as a team and collaborate with colleagues and other consultants, coordinating the team and third party to meeting deadlines and achieve the desired results
