Part 3 architect
at TPM Studio
TPM Studio is looking for a Part 3 architect to join its London studio.
The role offers a great opportunity to work in a collaborative and creative environment on a number of exciting projects from new-build to retrofit within workplace, residential, education and hospitality sectors.
Successful candidates will be able to demonstrate:
- minimum of two years of professional experience, post-Part 2
- relevant sector experience within the UK
- proficiency in 2D and 3D Vectorworks, SketchUp and Adobe Creative Suite
- experience using V-Ray or equivalent desirable, but not essential
- excellent design skills including hand sketching and visualisation
- a high level of design competency
- good technical knowledge and experience of detailing
- good understanding of UK planning and building regulations
- experience of running projects and liaising with the wider design team
- ability to take initiative in response to direction or instruction
- ability to find creative and innovative solutions to problems
- ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines efficiently
- ability to work collaboratively as part of a wider team
- self-motivated and able to take responsibility
- flexible and open attitude towards continual improvement and learning
- excellent verbal/written communication and presentation skills
- an enthusiastic, friendly and proactive attitude
