Interior designer/architectural assistant
at State of Craft
State of Craft has an opportunity for an interior designer or architectural assistant to join its studio in London.
We are an interior design studio with particular experience in high-end interior design for private and commercial clients. We currently work on some of the most exciting residential projects in the UK and internationally.

We are now looking for a talented individual with a strong eye for design and detail to work on an exciting penthouse project.
The ideal candidate will be assisting project architects and directors with the day to day running of projects, producing drawing packages, describing space planning in accordance with the current and relevant statutory requirements, and producing written specifications and schedules of all finishes, fixtures and fittings. The role will also entail issuing information to the project team, and maintaining the organisation of records on the office server.
We work in MicroStation to develop 2D space planning general arrangement plans, sections and internal elevation drawings. Proficiency in MicroStation would be beneficial but not essential.
We are looking for an assistant with very good graphic design skills to work in Adobe Creative suite for general image editing purposes, and to produce presentation documents and Photoshop visualisations.
Knowledge of SketchUp will be beneficial to generate 3D models from 2D drawn information and to map materials to these models. Experience with render plugins for SketchUp is welcome.
Knowledge of Revit would be equally beneficial.
