Architect/senior architect

ArchitecturePLB is looking for an architect/senior architect to join its growing London office. 

If you are an architect with a minimum of three years’ post-qualification experience we can offer you new design opportunities working on exciting projects in a friendly and collaborative environment.

We welcome applications from candidates with the following skills and experience:

Essential:

  • RIBA Part-III qualified with a minimum of three years’ post Part-III covering all project stages
  • knowledge of UK building regulations and other statutory requirements gained through a minimum of 12 months experience, working at an equivalent level in an architect’s practice within the UK
  • excellent design skills and creative flair
  • strong technical and graphics skills including the ability to communicate design information through different mediums, from CAD, SketchUp and Adobe Photoshop to freehand sketches, diagrams and physical models
  • BIM: fluent in Revit software. Minimum of three years’ experience using Revit to develop project information for all project stages
  • confident, proactive and highly organised team player
  • excellent written and spoken English

Advantageous:

  • good working knowledge of Vectorworks
  • expertise in and enthusiasm about one or more of the following will be advantageous – sustainable design and major residential projects
