Role
Our Rotterdam office is now looking for a hands-on graphic designer.
As a graphic designer, you are to work in our communications team of five people and collaborate with architects to design and produce graphics to support our projects, new business pitches and more. One day it could feel like you work in a branding/PR agency; turning conceptual ideas into digital reality in line with our brand identity. On other days it might feel like you work in a creative production studio; creating portfolios for RFQ’s, beautiful books for private villas and captivating presentation materials for pitches. Simultaneously, you will be learning about the entire design process through close collaboration within a dynamic and inspiring team. This is an ideal position for young professionals who are ready for a fresh challenge.
Key responsibilities:
- manage, implement and expand our graphical brand identity for office in general
- produce pitch materials for specific projects to create graphical identity of the projects
- create design presentation materials and artwork for marketing/PR purposes
- develop and optimise new business documents and templates;
- provide timely support to graphic updates on company website and other social media platforms digital or in print
The selected candidate will have the opportunity to gain broad and enriching experience in an international architecture and design firm.

Qualifications:
- excellent knowledge of and proven experience in graphic design for marketing and PR purposes
- excellent proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop) is a must
- knowledge of and ability in motion graphics and UX (After Effects) would be ideal
- experience in or knowledge of video content production and editing (Adobe Premiere) is ideal
- affinity in architecture and understanding of architectural drawings
- detail-oriented, self-motivated and have a strong sense of time management
- service-minded and a strong team player
- feel confident in a complex, dynamic and international environment
- a degree in graphic design, architecture or relevant
- at least one year of proven work experience in a similar role within architecture, interior design or other relevant industry; ideally in a graphic design studio or branding agency
- excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Any other language is an advantage
- flexible working attitude and willing to fulfil ad-hoc duties once required
- availability of working 32 to 40 hours per week
- working eligibility in the Netherlands is preferred
