AVR London is hiring a communications and marketing person to join its office in London.
Are you a recently graduated architect who wants to stay in the industry but pursue a different career path? AVR London are looking for someone to join our team who has studied architecture, loves architecture but doesn’t necessarily want to be an architect.
We are currently looking for a skilled and creative communications and marketing person with an interest in graphic design, social media and office fun.
As a small to medium-sized company who specialise in creating beautiful images for some of the world’s leading architects, there is ample opportunity to be creative and to sculpt a successful professional career. We pride ourselves in being a very friendly multicultural office; we regularly contribute to LFA events and Open House, we enjoy Friday cocktails, mid-week yoga, pub and lunch trips, and even have an office dog.

- you have recently trained in architecture, finishing your studies a maximum of three years ago – a love of architecture and an understanding of the London architecture scene is essential, and a passion to develop yourself in a sharing and supportive environment
- you have strong graphic communication and design skills – a high level of competency in Microsoft and Adobe software is essential
- you are happy and confident writing articles and content for the website and social media
- you love to network and socialise and are conversant in the London architectural scene
- you have a good grasp of the social media world and its applications
We are looking for someone who makes ideas happen. Someone who will take control of our branding and templates and bring ongoing consistency and style to them. We frequently have to produce brochures for marketing and clients and this would be a core part of your job working closely with our in-house team of photographers. We are looking for someone who wants to share what AVR London do, who wants to take the enjoyable office environment we have created and run with it, making it their own task and future.
