Architect/Part 2 architectural assistant
at Latitude Architects
Latitude is seeking a recently qualified architect/Part 2 architectural assistant to join its practice in London.
We have an increasing workload of interesting commercial, residential and hotel projects in the UK and require someone who can work as part of a team as well as on an individual basis when necessary.
The successful applicant should have some knowledge of UK building regulations and be fluent in English, both written and spoken.
Requirements:
- a passion for good design
- motivated and efficient
- excellent written and verbal communication skills
- excellent CAD drawing and 3D modelling
- knowledge of Vectorworks and BIM
- knowledge of Photoshop and InDesign
The position would be a full-time permanent contract with a six-month probationary period.
Salary is negotiable.
