TM Architects is looking for a project architect to join its London office.
This position is for a fixed-term, six-month contract as project architect for the technical design stages of a residential project in London. There is the potential to extend this to a full-time position.
Our work includes urban design, mixed-use, residential, extra care and assisted living. We are looking for candidates who are eager to work on a variety of tasks, contribute, learn and be a part of our dynamic team.
The candidates should have the following capabilities as a minimum:
- RIBA Part 3 qualification (ARB registered)
- two to five years post Part 3 experience
- experience of residential projects (preferably in the UK)
- strong design and presentation skills
- rigorous process & technical aptitude
- AutoCAD (essential) and Revit (preferred)
