Project architect
Base Interior is looking for a skilled, creative and experienced project architect to join its London studio.
This position is for a qualified, confident architect who is experienced with project Running, contract administration and project management.
The successful candidate will be taking a pivotal role within the practice and leading the growing architecture team.
They will be responsible for the contract administration, project coordination and programming of all relevant projects running through the studio and will be responsible for any of the architectural elements of those projects.
Base Interior is an award winning studio with UK and International projects.
Requirements:
- expertise in collating tender packages including writing a specification of works
- experience in running multiple interior projects and working under pressure, liaising with contractors and administering contracts
- ability to prepare and administer permissions applications
- confident in project programming
- proficient in Microsoft Office and able to prepare detailed programmes
- highly proficient AutoCAD is essential
- minimum six plus years of relevant experience
- Part-III architect
- English fluency essential
- responsive, self-motivated and team-player
- Passion for design, detailing and fabrication
Salary is negotiable depending on experience.
