Part 2 architectural assistant

Garnett & Partners is seeking a Part 2 architectural assistant to join its practice in London.
Garnett & Partners is an award-winning architectural practice based in Southwark, a short walk from the Tate Modern. We offer a broad range of services including architecture and interior design, town planning and sustainability.
With an expanding workload, the practice is looking for an ambitious and talented Part 2 architectural assistant or recently qualified Part 3 architect to join our versatile team. We require enthusiastic and highly motivated individuals with excellent communication and presentation skills to assist on projects from initial design through to construction.
Candidates must be able to demonstrate all-round design and technical ability, enjoy working in a team environment with consultants and contractors.
Applicants must have proficiency in AutoCAD 2D and good design and 3D visualisation skills. Preliminary experience of Graphisoft Archicad would be an advantage.
The practice provides a full architectural service from inception to contract administration and this is a great opportunity for applicants requiring support for their RIBA Part 3.

Key requirements:
- completed RIBA Part 2
- proficiency in AutoCAD
- preliminary understanding of Archicad an advantage
- working knowledge of SketchUp
- familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite
- excellent command of English, both written and spoken
