The key results of the production project manager is to ensure superbly efficient processes and strategies are set up, managed and followed, resulting in orders being delivered within agreed lead time and budget.
Production/project manager
We have a fantastic career opportunity available for a talented, organised and ambitious production/project manager. We are looking for a highly organised, efficient and forward-looking team member who is personally responsible for managing all freestanding and fitted orders with effective project management, tactical implementation, scheduling, communications, planning and logistics. It will be your responsibility to manage each client order/project from point of order right through to delivery and installation. Experience in the luxury furniture manufacturing world is essential.

About you
This person needs to understand the importance of managing projects effectively and providing outstanding customer service.
You will need to demonstrate the following:
- Prince2 qualification or similar
- a minimum of five years experience in project management
- have the ability to make things happen and get the job done
- feel confident going on site visits/taking site measurements
- experience in luxury furniture manufacturing and dealing with workshops
- demonstrate experience on leading projects from point of order through to delivery
- strong design and appropriate technical skills in both fitted and freestanding furniture
- full proficiency in AutoCAD and Studio Max
- strong communication skills with both suppliers and clients
- ability to plan and strong organisational skills
- comfortable client-facing
- can work under pressure
- an efficient problem solver
- adaptable and flexible
- cost-conscious/profit focussed
