CREATE Design + Architecture is seeking a BIM manager/coordinator to join its team in London.
Salary: £40-45,000 full time or pro-rata for part-time plus eligibility for annual bonus and benefits (pension, further training incl personal training budget 25 days holiday each year)
CREATE is seeking a qualified and experienced part-time BIM manager or coordinator who is looking for their first BIM manager role to join the team.
We have strong demand for our work at the moment and are looking to enhance the technical team. The successful candidate must be literate in ArchiCAD and have a track-record delivering projects in ArchiCAD. The successful candidate will be experienced in all BIM level 2 procedures, will need to be able to update and develop our BIM Handbook and templates. They will have an aptitude and experience for training and monitoring projects throughout the practice to maintain a high level of compliance. You will be able to look after the BIM server and ideally understand ArchiCAD integration with NBS Corus and with Revit.We do not at present have a requirement for a lot of BIM model hosting though this is a service we are looking to promote further.
At present for a full time position the post will roughly be split 50% as BIM manager and 50% architect/technologist work, this split may change in future.
We are a professional but friendly office and we are seeking the right person to fit into the team. We are looking for a sociable person willing to work cooperatively in a team. We work 37.5 hours per week with flexible hours from 7am to 7pm and core hours 10.30-3.30pm. This flexibility will suit a candidate looking for either a full time or part-time position.
