Aspect Homes London is looking for a property development assistant to join its team in London.
Aspect Homes London is a unique, forward-thinking, property development organisation. We work in a collaborative structure to acquires, designs, and builds new mixed-use developments in London. We use an emphasis on design quality as a means to create the best economic and social value in all of our projects. We are currently engaged in several projects in London, where we have established a history of successful developments.
About the role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and highly organised assistant to support our property development team. Your role will predominantly involve assisting in sourcing and acquiring property with development potential. This process will involve scouting and identifying properties with desirable redevelopment characteristics, conducting quick feasibility tests, and drafting purchase enquiry/bid letters. Ultimately, the goal will be to achieve an efficiency level which allows you analyse and approach a high volume of sites in short periods of time.
The position promises to be a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to transition to, or excel in, the field of property development. Your tasks and duties will be set by a supervisor, who you will also report to regularly to evaluate your findings and performance. Your supervisor will provide you with the tools and the guidance needed to achieve optimum results.
You will be focusing on learning the most important aspect of being a property developer; finding and evaluating viable sites.

Experience and attributes
The ideal candidate will have a degree or proven experience in either architecture, or any other property related field. The candidate should more importantly be proactive, willing to take responsibilities, and have a desire to develop a career in property development.
Recommended IT skills
- Microsoft Office — Excel, PowerPoint, Word
- Adobe Acrobat
- CAD or similar drafting software
- Sketch up or similar modelling software

Qualifications:
