Do you see yourself in this? Then we look forward to getting to know you. To support our team at our Hamburg headquarters, we are looking for you, to April 1st 2021, on a full-time (40 hours), unlimited basis as a (Junior) Design Manager (all genders).
Tasks that let you grow:
- in your role you support our regional and local design managers with key detailed specifications for all elements of shop and office fit out
- you will also review the detailed specifications and proposals of the regional design managers for possible approval and implementation into the global guidelines
- the other essential part of your role will include research for new specifications of materials and furniture for shop and office design while you keep yourself informed about the latest designs and movements within the industry
- you create global shop and office tracking sheets to ensure local knowledge of all current, past and future projects. As an interface you maintain all updates and create presentations
- you are responsible for the physical samples and materials library in our Headquarters. To successfully fulfill your role, you will work together with the procurement team and contact the relevant suppliers
Your profile that inspires us:
- to be ahead of the tasks described, you need to have (first) professional experience in the areas of retail, hospitality and high-end office design, ideally you have routine in CAD drafting and using Adobe Photoshop
- your creativity as well as your distinctive skills in hand sketching conceptual layouts and in technical drawing help you to realise new ideas
- creating a presentation is nothing new for you and suits you because you approach people openly and you enjoy building good relationships and new networks
- you are organised and structured, show initiative and strong communication skills
- your profile is completed by your fluent written and spoken English and German business language skills
