You would be responsible for growing our well-established, London focused brand, nationally and internationally, achieving our ambitious goal of being the global market leader.
This role requires a dynamic, creative business leader with strategic vision and bags of energy and ideas.
You will have proven experience in building and managing successful teams, winning and delivering big business and ideally developing new markets. An interest in the world of architectural recruitment would be ideal but if the only recruitment you have ever done is hiring your own staff, don’t worry – recruitment is our business and we can teach you what you need to know.

Salary/OTE is entirely dependant on experience but ranges between £60-100k. Director level benefits include a generous pension, 30 days holiday, car allowance and private healthcare (full details available on application).
