BPR Architects is looking for a senior architect to join its team in London.
BPR Architects, employee-owned London practice specialising in transport, higher education and regeneration is seeking an enthusiastic, business driven, dynamic senior architect to join our team.
We are looking for a new team member who can complement our talented architects and designers, who can work collaboratively, deliver rigorously and is an exceptional communicator. We are a medium sized agile practice and often work on several projects simultaneously, at different scales and RIBA stages. Adaptability, flexibility, and self-motivation are therefore essential to fulfil this role.

Salary commensurate with experience.
Applicants will need to demonstrate that they have:
- minimum five years’ post-Part 3 experience (ARB registered)
- experience in project coordination and project financial management
- experience and confidence in client facing and community stakeholder engagement role
- strong design and detailing skills
- experience across all RIBA work stages
- ability to lead the design team and mentor others
- excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presentational skills
- experience in UK procurement

This position is initially offered as maternity cover, with a possibility to evolve into a long-term opportunity.
