Jo Cowen Architects is seeking a senior architect with prime residential and contract administration experience to join its team in London.
Jo Cowen Architects is an award-winning architectural practice with an experienced team of architects and designers based in Chelsea. We are looking for a senior architect with strong experience in the prime residential market who wants to be part of our busy and expanding team and who seeks real growth for their careers.
Skills required:
- proven track record across all RIBA work stages, on traditionally procured projects (previous delivery of a residential project from inception to completion essential)
- minimum three to five years’ post-Part 3 experience
- experience with central London planning authorities preferable
- client facing position, therefore good communication skills are essential
- ability to oversee multiple projects
- Microstation preferable, not essential
- solid understanding of construction detailing (including with existing buildings)
Salary level will be dependent on experience of the applicant.
