Capital Building Contractors is looking for a project architect to join its design and build team in London.
Architects who apply must have a minimum of two to three years’ experience post-Part 3.
The applicant should be confident in both drafting and on-site coordination, with good knowledge of construction detailing and experience in project management.
Other valuable qualities such as initiative, an organised way of working, a creative approach to problem-solving, and an eagerness to learn and get involved in the projects and operations of the firm will also be considered.
Additionally, the applicant should be able to demonstrate an ability to work comfortably with 3D programs such as ArchiCAD and be able to communicate efficiently with other trades. An essential part of the job will involve working closely with suppliers, clients, and architects such as RISE Design Studio and Selencky Parsons.
We are based in our own offices in Maida Vale, London, and have projects across the city and in the outskirts.
