Contemporary Architecture Practice is looking for an architect to join its team in Shanghai. 

Contemporary Architecture Practice was founded in 1999 in New York and has established an award-winning profile in futuristic work using digital techniques for the design and manufacturing of architecture. Our portfolio includes a wide range and scale of work from product design, interiors, corporate and residential buildings to master plans.

Contemporary Architecture Practice Shanghai is looking for a project manager. We offer a creative, social and international environment with a variety of innovative projects in different Asian cities.

Contemporary Architecture Practice Shanghai is a cutting edge architecture and design office with a young and dynamic team in a vibrant space.

Candidates must meet the following requirements:

•  three-five years experience
• fluency in Mandarin and English
• good organisational skills
• good social skills, must be a team player
• independent worker
• good improvisation and problem solving skills
• good computer skills (Microsoft Office, Auto CAD and Rhino. Maya a plus

Your tasks will include:

• project management
• client management
• teamwork with New York office
• leadership in Shanghai office
• working directly with the directors
• building relationships with new and existing clients
