Hapticity Architects is seeking a project architect to join its team in Bath, UK.
Project architect vacancy
Due to an increasing workload, we are currently looking for a talented project architect to join our practice and work on high end residential projects across the South West and London.
We offer a relaxed and supportive environment in our office in Bath, with some highly creative design and career opportunities for the right candidate.
You will work alongside the practice directors and other staff as part of the design studio.
Key skills required:
- strong design, presentation and communication skills
- proficient with AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop
- ability to produce detailed and accurate drawings
- experience working in an Architectural practice would be beneficial, although applications from graduates are also encouraged
- good knowledge of UK building regulation and planning policy, and best practices
- experience with listed building and heritage assets beneficial
- ability to deal with all RIBA work stages, including managing the design and construction stages
- confidence in working with and advising clients
- ability to work in a team and to deadlines
- friendly and personable
- current driving license essential
