Gravity Design Associates is seeking a project architect to join its team in London.
Gravity Design Associates Ltd is a vibrant and friendly multi-disciplinary practice covering architecture, interior design and lighting design based on Bermondsey street, London SE1.
We have an immediate requirement for an enthusiastic and experienced project architect to join our team, working closely with the company directors as well as the other architects/designers at the practice. The successful candidate would ideally possess at least three years’ experience post Part 3 qualification and be comfortable in the client liaison role.
Applicants will need a comprehensive understanding of UK building regulations, the planning framework, and excellent construction and technical detailing knowledge. Proficiency in AutoCAD is essential whilst experience in SketchUp, Photoshop and other 3D modelling software is desirable.
The position is offered initially as a full-time six-month contract with the potential to become permanent. Salary is dependent on experience.
