Project architect maternity cover

We are currently seeking a talented and highly experienced Project Architect to join our Manchester studio on a 12-month maternity cover contract. Successful candidates will have approximately five to ten years’ post-Part 3 experience, together with substantial experience in housing delivery. You will have a strong technical understanding of construction and detailing, with proven experience delivering projects through RIBA Stages 4, 5 and 6.
The role requires a highly organised and proactive individual with excellent communication skills and the ability to coordinate and support project delivery through the construction phase. Experience of using Revit is essential. Previous Passivhaus experience would be advantageous, although this is not essential.
