ConForm Architects is seeking a Part 2 architectural assistant to join its team in London.
ConForm Architects are recruiting a Part 2 architectural assistant to join its team. You will have a meaningful role working on exceptional projects and a real opportunity to quickly progress your architectural career and experience.
Our award-winning work varies across scales and sectors and we are currently working through some exciting projects at all stages with more about to begin. You will be part of the growth of the practice at an important time as we transition from smaller to larger scale residential projects in conjunction with several cultural and commercial projects.
We are looking for a Part 2 assistant, ideally with experience on exceptional projects across all RIBA work stages. You will be assisting the partners directly, as well as our team with an opportunity to run and have ownership of your own projects.
Requirements of the role:
- a passion and drive to create exceptional architecture
- excellent design and presentation ability
- ability to confidently assist on projects and an eagerness to take ownership and use initiative
- excellent design and presentation ability and the skills required to visualise and describe ideas clearly
- experience preparing and submitting planning applications and knowledge of UK building regulations
- proficient with AutoCAD, SketchUp and Adobe/Office packages
- you must be eligible to work in the UK and have fluency in English
