Collado Collins Architects is looking for a project architect (delivery) to join its team in London.
Collado Collins are seeking skilled and experienced architects/technologists capable of leading a project team through the detailed design and construction of residential projects ranging in value from £30 – £70m.
The ideal candidate would be personable, well-organised, and client-facing, taking on the role of design team leader and able to delegate effectively to our talented support team.
As a medium sized practice focussed on designing and delivering great buildings for our clients in the private and public sectors, ColladoCollins’ reputation has grown largely on the basis of the quality of service we offer to our clients, and the right person will be expected to represent the practice to the high standard expected by our clients and consultant colleagues.
Key skills we are seeking are:
- understanding of current and forthcoming regulatory changes, particularly in the areas concerning energy performance and design for fire safety
- ability to manage a small project team, defining roles and responsibilities, deliverables, and timescales
- confidence to interact with our clients and consultants effectively and efficiently and promote the practice through the quality of their work
- knowledge of Autodesk Revit and ability to produce drawing packages using the software
- fluency in MS Office, with the ability to create project programmes using MS Project preferred
- working knowledge of Adobe CS (Photoshop, InDesign) programmes preferred but not essential

Salary – £45,000 – £55,000 depending on experience.
