The role
We are looking for a talented and ambitious Part 1/2 architectural assistant to join our growing London team. You will work on several different residential projects from planning to construction stage under the guidance of the project lead. The projects vary in scale from houses to residential towers. It is great opportunities for you to gain design coordination, project management and construction experience. You will often need to visit sites and coordinate with consultants and contractors. We need someone who could be multitasking and working efficiently.
Qualification and skills:
- you will have completed your RIBA Part 1/2 or hold an equivalent certification
- you must be skilled in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) and 3D modelling (Revit, Rhino or SketchUp)
- for Part 2 position, you need to have on-site experience and experience on construction detail drawings
- experienced in Revit production and coordination will be considered in advance
- highly creative and multitasking
- excellent communication skill – both verbally and written
The salary could be negotiated based on the candidate’s experience.
We are based in our own office asset and headquarter in Weybridge, Surrey. There are a large number of car parking spaces on-site that is convenient for our employees to drive to work. Alternatively, train line from Waterloo to Weybridge is about 25mins which is very commutable from central London.
