Classified editorial intern
at Dezeen
Dezeen is offering a three-month editorial internship on its new classified sales team in London.
Dezeen is the world’s most popular and influential architecture and design magazine, with a readership of over three million monthly users.
We are looking for a bright, ambitious and organised person to help coordinate, produce and optimise content for our classified commercial services including our recruitment site Dezeen Jobs, our events listing service Dezeen Events Guide as well as a number of new services that are under development.
Duties will include:
- responding to content enquiries and submissions
- editing and publishing job adverts
- writing and assembling event listings
- writing, scheduling and posting content on Dezeen Jobs and Dezeen Events Guide social media channels
- writing company profiles for Dezeen Jobs
- assisting with general admin duties, including issuing of invoices
- creating banner artwork for marketing purposes
We want someone who is highly motivated and can excel in a fast-paced environment. You must have impeccable standards of written English, care deeply about grammar and punctuation, and have an eye for a strong image.
The ideal candidate will have experience in WordPress, Final Cut and Adobe Photoshop. A keen interest in architecture and design will be an advantage.
You must be available to work full-time for a minimum of three months and be able to start as soon as possible. This is a paid position.
In the long term, we intend for the role to be based at Dezeen’s office in Hoxton, London, UK. However, due to the current coronavirus pandemic, the role will initially require a significant amount of remote working.
