Fletcher Priest Architects is seeking an architect with workplace experience to join its team in London.
Fletcher Priest Architects LLP is an award-winning architectural practice based in central London. We are seeking top quality architects demonstrable ability to create innovative design solutions, who have been responsible for projects at RIBA Stages 3+, for our lively studio. We need applicants with excellent design ability and experience in designing and delivering high quality workplace projects.
Architect
We are seeking an architect or Part 3 student who has excellent design and detailing skills, an ability to work well in a team and who is able to deliver projects on site.
Requirements:
- must have a good knowledge of Revit
- possess excellent design ability and technical knowledge
- commercially aware, mature, responsible and reliable
- willingness to take on and drive projects forward with little day to day ‘hands on guidance’
- ability to detail and independently produce architectural packages for tender/construction
- good knowledge of UK building regulations
- experience of delivering projects through all work stages
