Monitoring architect
Client side role working alongside other professionals that form the client monitoring team, reviewing drawing packages, technical and sample submittals and assisting the employer’s agent in respect of design intent compliance and delivery on-site against contract requirements.
The candidate should be familiar with design and build project procurement, have practical construction site inspection experience,
very good technical knowledge and have a minimum of ten years professional experience including commercial workspace and
mixed-use project delivery in the UK.
Salary depending on experience.
