Oppenheim Architecture is seeking an architectural visualiser and designer to join its team in Basel.
We would love to hear from you if you have a poetic aesthetic sensitivity and a keen eye for detail. We are interested in candidates who make beautiful images, clear diagrams, engaging animated graphics and films. At our studio you will consistently create professional-grade visuals. You will collaborate closely with teams and individuals in the studio providing inhouse mentoring, upskilling, and training as required.
The ideal candidate will:
- have an architectural background, will be adept at conceptual work, and develop compelling design options following regular design meetings
- demonstrate experience in delivering photorealistic visuals, and have technical ability in areas of modelling, scene set up, lighting and animation
- create sketches, montages, diagrams, animations, and films
- respond positively to last minute changes to brief, while remaining able and enthusiastic to meet tight deadlines
- have a deep knowledge of Rhino, 3DS Max, V-Ray, and Photoshop. Additional skills in Lumion, After Effects, VR + AR are desirable. Additional knowledge in ArchiCAD is an advantage
- be highly organised, self-motivated, and be able to effectively prioritize and manage your own time
- be a pleasant and effective communicator
- speak and write in proficient English
- have the right to work in the EU
